The element of Fire is healing, passionate, energetic, cleansing, active, and destructive. This Fire Tonic is infused with herbs and spices all associated with the element of fire to "burn" away stagnant energy and bacteria that may be weighing you down and keeping you from achieving your goals.
This recipe contains all organic ingredients: onion, garlic, horseradish, ginger, turmeric, lemon, orange, and chili pepper, in an apple cider vinegar base. A lot of recipes include honey, but I wanted to keep this one savory and of course vegan.
Take 1-2 tablespoons a day during cold and flu season. If you are already sick, take 1-2 tablespoons three times a day until illness is gone.
For a boost of creative and passionate energy, take 1 tsp as needed.
*This Fire tonic is also tasty as a salad dressing alone or mixed with olive oil!
