Alchemical Healing Session

Service Description

This service combines holistic wellness coaching, Shamanic Reiki, and Flower Essence Therapy. We will discuss your personal health goals and opportunities in the first session. I will evaluate your body's constitution, Elemental nature, and astrological chart to find the best remedies that match your personal essence. This session will also include Shamanic Reiki and a custom flower essence formula for you to take home. In addition to my years of training and experience working with natural medicines, I also use muscle testing (AK), pendulum energy work, and intuition to pick the medicines your body wants and prioritizes. In a session you may expect: -Herbal Medicine -Flower Essences for emotional healing. -Nutritional counseling, which may include eliminating certain trigger foods and adding healing plant foods. You will also receive my plant-based recipes PDF. -Reiki and meditation -Crystal recommendations -Astrology reading -Lifestyle counseling, which includes journal exercises, personal rituals, and reducing certain stressors in your life (job, poor sleep, inactivity, toxic people, etc). The session runs between an hour and a half to two hours. New clients expect 2 hours. I do offer a sliding scale for my fellow LGBTQ+and BIPOC communities who may be struggling financially but dedicated to doing the work on themselves.
